COVID 19 Statement
We are experiencing what is an unprecedented and serious public health situation with Covid-19.
It is our duty to update you on what we are doing to keep everyone as safe as possible during this Covid-19 pandemic.
Our number one concern at Sans Soucie Homecare Ltd is the health and safety of our colleagues, service users, their families and the local community. Therefore, we want to take this opportunity to reassure you that we are doing our best to keep everyone safe; taking our duty very seriously in these challenging times with strict measures.
We are following the guidelines by the Public Health England, United Kingdom Homecare Association (UKHCA) and World Health Organisation at all times.
All our professional, experienced colleagues attend a comprehensive infection control course as part of their seven-day mandatory training. And we have also provided them with the latest industry guidance on hygiene; mainly focussed on hand washing and other hygiene measures. We have also provided all our staff with PPE and have implemented temperature checks in all of our services.
Our staff are also taking regular weekly LFT Covid tests to reduce the spread of the virus.
Beyond providing the latest official information and training to protect our colleagues and our service users; we are monitoring the situation closely to help manage the risks of spreading the virus.
Family is at the heart of our business, so we understand the concerns and the worry everyone must be feeling in this uncertain time. However, we are committed to ensuring that our service users are safely supported throughout this challenging time.
